A salaryman named Yoshida finds a high school girl sitting outside after a night of heavy drinking. She offers sex in exchange for a place to stay, and he refuses that arrangement. Instead, he lets the runaway girl stay with him and asks only for help around the house. Their mismatched household begins under uneasy circumstances and clear boundaries. Ordinary meals and shared routines slowly reshape both of their days.
