Mitsuka Hachiya, a high school freshman with a distinctive anime-like voice, struggles to fit in due to her self-consciousness about her voice. She meets Kanzai Kanizawa, a passionate classmate and aspiring anime director who runs the school's animation club. Kanzai recognizes Mitsuka’s vocal talent and recruits her as a voice actress for the club’s projects. Together, they work on creating animations, facing challenges in production and collaboration.
