Kirin Kudou is confronted by a mysterious child who demands the return of a horn. The missing horn belongs to a unicorn. Other mythical beings, including a dragon and a siren, come into the human world while chasing it. A childhood incident pulls Kirin into the trouble surrounding them. Her everyday life becomes tangled with disputes among creatures from legend.

A teacher dies while trying to save a student. He wakes inside the body of the student he protected. A monk explains that this happened through spiritual interference. He cannot reveal his true identity, or the bond with the new body will break. Keeping his memories leaves him trying to help others while hiding who he is.
