Leonardo Watch is a young photographer who receives the All-Seeing Eyes at the cost of his sister's sight. He moves to Hellsalem's Lot, a transformed New York where humans and supernatural beings coexist behind a barrier of secrecy. The city's chaos draws him into contact with Libra, an organization that keeps order there. Libra fights monsters, criminals, and other threats that ordinary people cannot handle. Leonardo's strange sight makes him valuable, even though he is not a fighter like the people around him.
