The group’s adventures center on high-speed chases, romantic pursuits, and the chaotic energy of 1990s Osaka’s car culture.

Gussan, an 18-year-old former member of the Trizon car crew, breaks away to form his own team, SPARKY, with just four members: himself, Marbo and Hamayan as attack captains, and Satoshi as deputy leader. Set in Osaka’s ring road racing scene in early 1990, the group aims to become the top crew on the Kanjosen. Newcomers Tetsuya, a brash yankee from Sakai East, and his friend Panda stir trouble by clashing with the dangerous Fling crew, backed by yakuza and numbering 30–40 members. The conflict escalates when Tetsuya’s girlfriend, Natsu, becomes a target, pulling SPARKY into a high-stakes confrontation. Gussan’s leadership and bold tactics drive their chaotic pursuit of dominance in Osaka’s wild street-racing culture.
