Aijou Mikikusa, a cheerful and energetic girl from the countryside, arrives in the city to attend her late mother's prestigious all-girls high school. On her first day, she proudly wears the school's iconic sailor uniform, which she has admired since childhood. Excited to make friends and experience school life, she quickly stands out with her bright personality and unique habits, such as talking to animals and plants. She meets several classmates, including the calm and composed student council president Tomori Fubuki and the shy but kind Ushio Deshimaru.
