Moritaka Mashiro, a talented artist in his final year of middle school, loves drawing but plans to live an ordinary life after a personal tragedy. His classmate Akito Takagi, a brilliant writer with top grades, discovers Mashiro’s sketches and proposes they team up to create manga. Inspired by his late uncle, a manga artist, and his crush on classmate Miho Azuki, who dreams of becoming a voice actress, Mashiro agrees to pursue this ambition. The two boys begin crafting their first manga, navigating the challenges of storytelling and deadlines while aiming to get published. Their partnership grows through shared determination and creative struggles as they chase their dreams in the competitive manga industry.
