Yu Shirakawa is a gifted middle school soccer player whose junior youth club shuts down after its parent company falters. He receives offers from other clubs but becomes interested in Genya Omi's unusual talent. Yu chooses to join the soccer club at Kamome Middle School. The club is weak and filled with teammates known as delinquents. He pulls the team toward a goal of winning its way to the national tournament.
