At Senkoku Academy, an elite school known for nurturing prodigies, students selected for its prestigious program are called "white uniforms" and revered for their exceptional talents. Mutsumi Takatsuki, however, is a white uniform who has yet to discover his gift, spending his days lost in video games and feeling out of place. Everything changes when Daiki Mizoguchi, a transfer student and baseball prodigy, mistakes Mutsumi for the legendary pitcher Taketo Mikaku. Inspired by the mix-up, Mutsumi decides to take up baseball, embarking on a journey to find his true potential.
