Ryūshi Shiratori, an aspiring picture book artist, moves into Narutaki-Sou, a traditional Japanese apartment, to attend art school in Tokyo. The apartment is managed by his second cousin, Kozue Aoba, a cheerful high school girl with a unique trait that surprises Ryūshi. As he settles in, Ryūshi meets the quirky residents, including the mischievous Tamami and the tough Saki, who add chaos and humor to daily life. Kozue’s warm presence helps Ryūshi adjust, though her unpredictable behavior keeps him on edge. Their interactions spark a blend of comedy and heartfelt moments as Ryūshi navigates his new home and ambitions.
