Kan Kirigaya, a 16-year-old boy yearning to become a delinquent, arrives in Shibuya in the Reiwa 9 era (2027), only to find its streets peaceful and devoid of the rebellious culture he admires. Disillusioned, he stumbles upon the “Shibuya Underground,” a hidden world beneath the city where fierce delinquent factions still wage brutal turf wars. There, he meets Yohei Shibasaki, a charismatic former member of the Underground Seven, who becomes his guide into this chaotic realm. Kan’s quest to prove himself draws him into intense brawls and rivalries, including encounters with Asuka, a girl caught in the underground’s dangers.
