Mizuki Shikamachi, a boy diagnosed with cerebral palsy at age three, discovers the violin at four and aspires to become a violinist. In a special needs class, he befriends Natchan, a deaf boy, and becomes determined to share his music with him. Mizuki grapples with how to convey sound to his friend, finding inspiration after attending a live performance by violinist Toshihiro Nakayoshi. As Natchan’s graduation approaches, Mizuki intensifies his efforts to express his music. His journey involves meeting Yui Hazuki, a pianist, and navigating challenges in school, including transitioning to a regular class.
