Yuko is a young girl living in a small town in central Japan during the Showa era, where she receives a kitten named Tiger from a friend, marking the start of a lifelong bond. As she grows up dreaming of becoming a manga artist, her days with Tiger are filled with nostalgic moments, family life, and the influence of movies and music from the 1960s and '70s.
