Series by 稲葉光史

Middle schooler Chi Nishikata is on a mission—to outwit and tease her classmate Taiyo, a boy who seems oddly familiar. Armed with the playful spirit of "teasing" inherited from her parents, Chi dives into a battle of wits, determined to get the upper hand. But Taiyo isn't one to back down easily, and their back-and-forth antics soon spark unexpected moments of connection.

Years after their playful middle school days, Takagi and Nishikata are now married and raising their energetic daughter, Chi. The mischievous teasing that once defined their relationship has evolved into a warm and loving dynamic, but Takagi's knack for playfully outwitting Nishikata remains as sharp as ever. Now, Chi inherits her mother's playful spirit, bringing a new layer of fun and chaos to their family life. As Nishikata navigates the challenges of parenthood and tries to stay one step ahead of his clever wife and daughter, he discovers that love, laughter, and a bit of friendly competition are the heart of their bond.
