Returning to Japan, Ranma is thrust into an arranged engagement with Akane Tendo, a fiery martial artist who isn't thrilled about the match. As Ranma navigates school life, rivalries, and a growing cast of eccentric characters—each with their own quirks and agendas—his quest for a cure is constantly derailed by chaos and comedy.
