Satoko Tawada is a 30-year-old office worker worn down by a dull job and a painful past relationship. One night in a park, she meets 12-year-old Mashuu Hayami practicing soccer alone. She learns that nighttime is the only chance he has to train. Drawing on her own futsal experience, she begins teaching him basic soccer skills. Their meetings offer comfort to two lonely people, even as others may not understand the bond.
