Shogo Ban is a university student from Fukuoka who is passionate about Italian cooking. He works part-time at a neighborhood Italian restaurant and dreams of becoming a professional chef. During a school break, the owner sends him to a renowned trattoria in Tokyo's Roppongi district. The busy kitchen quickly shows him that enthusiasm alone is not enough. He must adjust to strict coworkers, faster service, and the pressure of real restaurant work.
