In a secluded forest village, Shiita, a tiny 8.5cm tall goblin, lives a life of adventure with his best friend, Nara. Together, they explore the nearby woods, which serve as their playground, despite the dangers posed by wild animals. While their village offers safety and comfort, an unexpected sight of smoke far from their settlement piques their curiosity. Nara convinces Shiita to venture beyond the village's boundaries in search of answers, leading them to encounter Izuna, a mysterious figure with a vendetta against Shiita's father. As they embark on this journey, Shiita faces his first camping trip, learns to hunt for food, discovers giant footprints, and meets other goblin communities. This tale of survival, friendship, and discovery unfolds in a world where the small must navigate the vast and often perilous natural world around them.
