Ryo Yuzawa, a talented kendo student, enrolls at Seiryo High School on a sports scholarship, expecting to continue his kendo journey. However, a twist of fate leads him to join the school's prestigious tennis club instead, despite having no prior experience with the sport. As a complete beginner, Ryo discovers a surprising knack for tennis and begins to climb the ranks in the club's strict, merit-based hierarchy, where skill determines status regardless of grade level.
