Nanako enters the same high school her late brother once attended. She wants to become a manager for the boys' basketball team and help fulfill the national championship dream he left behind. Instead, she finds that the club has been shut down and that the player she admired has changed completely. Refusing to give up, she joins forces with another first-year boy who always lifts her spirits. Together they move toward building a new team and a new purpose for themselves.
