Jun and Ran are sisters with opposite personalities who meet again at their mother's funeral after eight years apart. The reason for that long silence is Ritsu, the younger sister's husband. He used to be the older sister's boyfriend. The sisters end up living together while remaining painfully aware of one another. Their shared home becomes a tense space where old hurt and tangled affection keep colliding.
