Nozomi lost his parents when he was young and was raised into life as an assassin. After betraying the group that brought him up, he tries to live as a serious high school student. He has no friends and knows little warmth from other people. When he helps a fashionable classmate named Shingu, they begin to grow closer. His suspicion that she may be another assassin turns ordinary school contact into a threat.
