Tokio Abiko transfers from Yamagata to a school in Tokyo and wants respect for himself and his home prefecture. On his first day, he meets Hinomoto, a strange classmate who refuses to ignore where anyone comes from. Hinomoto claims mastery of a martial art built around all forty-seven prefectures. Their school life turns local pride into fights, jokes, and regional lessons. Tokio is pulled into a club where every new encounter celebrates a different place.
