An adult otaku lives in an era when otaku culture is widely accepted. He remembers a time when being an otaku brought discrimination and regret. A time leap sends him back to the years when his youth went wrong. He tries to recover lost youth and face an unfulfilled first love. The setup uses time travel to revisit fandom, shame, and missed chances.
