He meets Koharu, a petite and enthusiastic volleyball club manager, who inspires him to join the team. Dayu, initially unfamiliar with volleyball, begins to train diligently, discovering his talent for powerful attacks like the A-quick. Supported by teammates, including the skilled but laid-back captain, he navigates the challenges of practice and team dynamics. His journey focuses on building confidence and mastering the sport as he bonds with Koharu and the club.
