Botan Nonoyama has spent years shut away from other people. She enters a dormitory high school hoping to make friends and maybe even find love. Instead, she keeps fumbling her attempt at a bright new start. Then she meets a boy who insists that he does not need friends at all. That encounter begins to change the direction of her school life.
