Maya, a translator, lives with her former partner Michiru, a single mother, and Michiru’s young son, Yuuta, in a shared apartment. Five years earlier, Michiru abruptly left their shared home, only to return later as a mother. Their neighbor Nico, an actor who frequently visits, shares a connection to Yuuta’s late father and becomes a regular presence in their lives.
