Yuki hides that she is a girl so she can train as a kabuki actor for her ill father. Her goal places her inside a world of inheritance, performance, and strict expectations. A rival named Nagi stands in the way of the succession she seeks. As they compete, Yuki begins to feel real romantic attraction toward him. The setup blends disguise, family duty, and first love on the kabuki stage.
