Tsumugi, a middle school girl from a humble background, moves into a luxurious high-rise apartment after her uncle offers his place while he's abroad. Here, she encounters two very different boys from her new elite school: Hayate, the fierce and somewhat aloof "mad dog" from the penthouse, and Kei, the princely and kind-hearted boy from the same floor. As Tsumugi navigates her new life among the rich and the privileged, she finds herself caught in a whirlwind of emotions, friendship, and first love. Dealing with class differences, personal insecurities, and the complexities of adolescence, Tsumugi learns about herself and the world around her.
