Yamato Akitsuki moves to Tokyo for high school and accepts a place at his aunt's housing complex. He discovers that the building is an all-girls dormitory and bathhouse. At his new school, he sees Suzuka Asahina practicing the high jump and is struck by her talent. She also lives next door, but their first encounters leave her with a bad impression. Yamato joins the track team hoping to get closer to her and prove himself.
