This gift catches the attention of Urushibara, a sharp-tongued yet skilled funeral coordinator, who enlists Miku to assist with "special" funerals. Together, they handle cases steeped in mystery and emotion, such as a pregnant woman appearing at a service or a young woman missing a finger, each story revealing the quiet miracles that unfold in the final moments of farewell.
